Alex Shartsis
Co-founder & CEO
Alex spent his early career at Drawbridge — a six-person team in a Kleiner Perkins basement that grew to $10M ARR in 13 months, backed by KP and Sequoia. He later led M&A for Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN), deploying $100M+ to close four acquisitions across three continents in six months. A multiple-exit founder and published author, he advises founders on growth, strategy, and M&A through Silverwood.

Julian Gay
Co-founder & CTO
Julian studied Engineering at Cambridge University and holds a Chartered Engineer designation. He co-founded Xendo, one of the first cloud-based enterprise search services, which was acquired by AppDirect. An angel investor in 40+ startups — including Coinbase, Slack, and GitLab — he's a Venture Partner at Odyssey Ventures and founding board member of GBx, the British tech entrepreneur community in Silicon Valley.
